The Chamber’s 3rd Annual Women’s Symposium, held March 18 at Special Olympics Missouri, welcomed a sold-out crowd of 250 attendees for a day dedicated to inspiration, connection, and empowering women in the community. Attendance increased again this year, highlighting the growing impact and popularity of the event.

Co-chaired by Amber Brondel and Sarah Bohl, the symposium centered around the theme “Confidence in Every Step.” The day featured engaging speakers and meaningful conversations designed to encourage women to lead with confidence in their careers, communities, and personal lives.

Dr. Kasi Lacey delivered the keynote address, sharing powerful insights and practical strategies for building confidence and embracing opportunities for growth. Her message set the tone for a day filled with inspiration and encouragement.

Attendees also heard from four panelists during a discussion titled “Confidence Inside & Out,” where speakers shared personal experiences and perspectives on developing self-confidence, overcoming challenges, and supporting other women.

The program also included a fireside chat with Dr. Lenora Epple, offering a thoughtful and engaging conversation about leadership, wellness, and finding balance while pursuing professional and personal goals.

The afternoon concluded with a motivational presentation from Kelli Jones, whose energetic message encouraged attendees to continue taking bold steps forward with confidence.

With a record turnout, impactful speakers, and enthusiastic participation throughout the day, the 2026 Women’s Symposium proved to be a tremendous success. The Chamber looks forward to continuing the momentum and building on the event’s growing tradition of empowering and connecting women across the community.
