You will be trained on the software and the procedures needed to help navigate and resolve customer issues. Working hours will be Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Responsibilities

Works directly with customers for installation, configuration, and connection issues for our managed print software program and other add-in products over LAN/WAN.

Requires a broad range of troubleshooting skills related to: software functionality / configuration, the Internet, hardware, networking and general technical issues as pertaining to ECI’s software solutions

May work directly with other support teams, as needed to resolve customer issues and request enhancements for our products.

Contributes articles to the knowledge base to promote self-help for our customers

Qualifications

  • Technical support experience fielding and resolving technical inquiries in a well-structured professional manor.
  • Technical aptitude, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience in any of the following: Networking, printing or copier equipment, programming, HTML, SQL, web sites/servers, API's
  • Good Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service attitude.
