General Baptist Nursing Home of Linn

General Baptist Nursing Home of Linn is part of General Baptist Health Care, Inc, a faith-based, non-profit, 501(c)3 organization founded in Campbell, MO, in 1954.  The Linn Nursing Home & Rehabilitation Center was opened in Linn in Dec 2017.

Although not part of any denomination, they maintain their care as a ministry.  They are located just off Hwy50 in Linn and only a short drive from Jefferson City just 25 miles East. Many families feel a few extra minutes is worth their drive for their loved one to “LIVE the General Baptist Difference.”

Marketing Director, Jerry Halsell, recounts an experience at their Grand Opening/Ribbon Cutting with the Greater Jefferson City Chamber last June when one of our representatives asked him “is this regular nursing home?”  The visitor had commented about the “clean & festive atmosphere and the upbeat environment with the way the residents were so active.”  Creating a sense of community among the residents is a vital part of making our home, their home!

Visit General Baptist in Linn when you are looking for a skilled-care facility for your family member.  Whether for a short rehab-to-home stay after being discharged from the hospital or to become their new home, you can SEE the Difference; let them LIVE the General Baptist Difference.

General Baptist Nursing Home of Linn also offers Outpatient Therapy for area residents so they don’t have to travel back to providers for their follow-up Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapy. We partner with Reliant Therapy, a nationwide leader in Therapy Services for this treatment option.

The home is located at 196-CC Hwy 50 in Linn.  Contact them by phone at 573-897-0700 or online at
