Through a variety of committees and task forces, our members help carry out the Chamber's mission to improve the long-term economic vitality of our community. This is accomplished through the ideas and projects that begin in Chamber committees. In addition to helping to improve our community's business climate, members have the opportunity to meet and network with other chamber members.
Committees are organized into one of four "Focus Areas" overseen by a Focus Leader.

Goal: develop, retain, and attract talent
Goal: Stimulate business growth through innovation, development, training and attraction
Goal: Enhance Jefferson City’s quality of place and position the advancement of our community in the area of public affairs with local, state and federal government interaction.
Goal: Create opportunities for Chamber members to maximize their return on investment in membership, recruit and retain new members, develop events that help generate positive exposure for the Chamber and its members, and create revenue for the Chamber’s operations.
