Transportation Initiatives
Each spring, the Chamber prepares for the Annual MoDOT Reception and Presentation. This is a great opportunity for the Jefferson City area to put forth an agenda to the MoDOT Highways and Transportation Commission and MoDOT staff.
"We are thrilled to have this chance to put forth key issues pertaining to new and ongoing transportation needs" says Missy Bonnot, Director of Economic Development with the Jefferson City Area Chamber of Commerce. "Economic development is one of the key initiatives that the chamber is focused on and transportation is a vital element of the success of the economic vitality of our area".
