Community Development

What We Do

At the Jefferson City Area Chamber of Commerce, Community Development is a process designed to make our area a better place in which to live and work.

Community Development staff work to:

  • Strengthen the support structures which improves our community's quality of life and sense of place
  • Revitalize the core of our community via partnerships with organizations with whom our goals align

  • Develop and maintain the relationships of the county and its municipalities

  • Enhance and advocate for transportation improvements critical to our area's economic growth

 

Our Partners

Community Development staff participates in and assists in many activities of other organizations, when those activities are aligned with the Chamber's mission and goals.  Some of our partners we work with often are:
